Hi, sorry for the late reply, I don't know how to receive notifications for this.
For Remnant II, there are mostly two kinds of mods: pak mods and script mods. The extension attempts to automatically determine where to place them, based on what kinds of files are included with the mod you want to install.
Currently, for script mods, you may need to manually add them to the enabled scripts list (Remnant2/Binaries/Win64/Mods/mods.txt).
I will look into this issue, in the meantime, if you have any concrete examples of mods that don't work correctly, please share them with me.
Thank you for your report.
EDIT: It should be fixed now (v1.1.0), please report back with news when you can.

Remnant 2 uses a different executable for the Windows Store/Xbox Game Pass version of the game, and as such can't be detected by Vortex. Any fixes incoming?
I can deploy a fix given some details, but I don't have access to an Xbox Store version of the game. I would like an overview of the game's directory; and I'd have to know the game ID from the Xbox Store.
Hi there, this Vortex Extension can be installed directly from within Vortex, or by clicking the Vortex button near the top of the page. If you insist on installing it manually (and not getting automatic updates), please see the GitHub Readme File.
To install it automatically, launch Vortex and navigate to the Games tab in the left menu. Then use the search bar to find 'Remnant II', move your cursor to the game's card, and click the button 'Manage'. You will then be prompted to install this extension and restart Vortex.
After a restart, Vortex should be set to manage Remnant II.
Please let me know how this goes, or if you need any other assistance.

- Using this extension, the mods are automatically deployed to "Remnant2\Binaries\Win64\~mods", and the mods does not work.
- However, most mods I use say they should be installed to "\Remnant2\Content\Paks\~mods", and this time the mods work.

Would you be willing to help me out with that, once a new version is ready?
