Makes it so Alain Dufont isn't in Raldbthar and killable before his quest begins. The Dark Brotherhood is now way more logical.

11/23/2019: So apparently this isn't a bug, it's another half-finished Bethesda "choice." It makes no sense to me that the DB wouldn't know their contract is dead when they find out about Grelod in a matter of hours, and it's pretty jarring to find an obvious quest NPC in the ruin beforehand, so I've moved the mod from Bugfixes to Immersion. In an ideal world, I'd restore his place in the Windhelm Arena, but... that's a bit too advanced for me right now.
About the mod:
This mod fixes the issue with the Dark Brotherhood quest “Mourning Never Comes” where Alain Dufont is alive and hanging out in Raldbthar before his quest even begins, making it possible to kill him and disable the optional second half of the quest. Now instead, Alain DuFont is disabled and nowhere to be found when you start the game, but will become enabled after you talk to Muiri about him. It's been thoroughly tested and works fine.
This doesn’t edit any scripts or quests, just Alain’s reference in the cell, so it should be compatible with everything.
