Gorgeous! That's some impressive UV work.  However, if this is meant to be "mithril", a more appropriate ore ingredient is quicksilver, not silver.  QS basically replaced mithril (wihch TES dropped from Morrowind onward). Mithril/QS is used in arms and armor, while silver is not suited to weaponry, being soft.

INCREDIBLE design. That's a blade fit for a Norse king. Might I suggest a more simple version as an alternative? Just a simple, craftable version of the sword without quests, enchantments, or the bear sound. I think that would be more popular, and easier for testing in-game. I do appreciate the lore, but I just like the design of the sword itself the most.

This sword is stunning and just perfect. I am a huge Viking/Petersen/Oakeshott sword freak.

For anyone not liking the sheath sounds, you can always use this to edit sounds.

The sword itself is amazing, there doesn't seem to be any other viable Viking swords on the nexus, though I have come across a little issue.
Whenever you fight anything that is conjured (this can be any of the atronachs as well as the seekers and lurkers from DB). Every time you hit any of the aforementioned creatures with it, it seems to resummon the creature at the health it had before the hit.

Wow, amazing sword! One of the best interpretations of a Viking Sword so far. :) Best Texture i have seen on a viking like Sword here on nexus. Most textures on other swords are too realistic/ too much shine/reflection and some are really bad. Your texture is what i want to see on an Sword for Skyrim, because it don't breaks the skyrim immersion/style.

Good looking sword, though the sheathing/unsheathing sound with the bear roar is a bit distracting.

Think you can upload a version that uses the normal unsheathing sound?

The Blade is a nice addition to the game and really shows what is to be expected from BS Roscrea. Unfortunately the Blade cannot be tempered with the grindstone because even though it shows that it can be tempered using one silver ingot I always get the "You lack the required perk to improve magical items" even through I have the arcane smithing perk and can upgrade other magical weapons/armor.

You need daedric smithing, sorry if the bar is high but it needs to be so you won’t foul up that pretty blade. Funny how hard it seems to be to hold a sword against a grindstone sometimes right? Try cheating to give yourself the perk, if that doesn’t work please let me know

I understand what you were doing there. High quality weapon that was supposed to fool the Emperor can't be altered by just any would-be smith. Thank you for replying, I'll do as you suggested.

Could you add a scabbard? Even a simple one would be better than the bit of leather
