Where can textures be found for this? In a recent reinstall and cleaning of my mods, I accidentally deleted the textures for the original femfeet, and I couldn't redownload it since the original file is now gone from the Nexus. The only other female feet I can find are for special body types, which I don't want to install.
This mod is a good complement for FemFeet FemFeet_v3p0_122611. The boots I've seen so far look good: Fur Shoes on bandits and FootWraps. The Footwraps that came with that package had black toenails for me, and the default bandid boot had a black line. Are there any clear incompatibilites with the vanilla body that I've not yet seen?
I can see the group in group manager, and when I select it I can add (feet) items.. but when building (feet) items, there is no preset slider named FFR Fix. If I type in the filter name, only one item is listed, but also that has no slider preset remotely connected to FFR Fix..
It's a new mesh completely, has the fixed toenails, and it's not a slider, since polycount has obviusly been altered. You build it lie the body, using always the same preset.
For me, the 'Unified UNP Feet (Femfeet Fixed)' doesn't show up in the Outfit/Body dropdown list.
I've rechecked, I have copied the contents of the archive to BSOS (also tried placing the CalienteTools folder in the FFR mod itself). The only thing I noticed is that this mod uses .osd files, while the rest of all ShapeData in BSOS are .bsd files.. I'm using BSOS 5.3.1
Apparently there's one more folder that was missing in slider sets. this tool is just so confusing and creates all sort of issues. But now it should work. Try the new version.
And again you fixed it, I take my hat off for you.. Mod (option) works great now, I helped splat bug..
..I'll definitely look into the .psd files, I've done a lot of research on textures lately. Converted a lot of ridiculous 90mb _msn maps to DXT1, I want to play the game, not play as a poser
(I think you dislike high heels, anime bodies with my little pony colors and cosmopolitan features for this game about as much as I do)
Yeah I hate uncompressed...but i'd also recommed keeping a copy or Psd of any character texture you create not compressed, so that you can go back and edit it again. You never know when you'll want to edit it again. and i'm strictly speaking of body\face or hands at least.
Normalmaps are a bit different since the compression at least in SE kind of ruins them. i'd rather downscale to a lower resolution than compressing. (again hea, body face only) I don't need 4k comrpressed, but a 2k uncompressed holds the same space and looks much better. but thats my opinion.
I always keep the original texture files of mods, rename them to ss_ (screenshot purpose files). Alas my computer is to old to run SE, but I will keep in mind that uncompressed downscale would even be better than compressed 4k.. thanks for the tip
Yeah, noticed that too, bit of blockyness when converting _msn to DXT1, even with perceptive error option (I use GIMP) on export.
I'm also surprised at how much difference there is between Skyrim SE and FO4.. Despite being a newer game, I can run FO4 pretty ok with texture mods (which is x64) but my computer struggles with Skyrim SE (also x64).. Somehow bc7 is better suited to cope with the shortcomings of lower compression formats when it comes to x64 based games.. Probably because the alpha channel is fully optional with bc7 I think.
But again, tyvm for your quick responses and looking into it, and ofc fixing it!
I actually use my newer i3 with integrated GPU to do bc1 through 3 compression in GIMP, for the newer bc7 plugin for GIMP I use on my old i5 doesn't allow me to select specific bc (DXT) compression settings anymore. But yes, the i3 takes a bit of time when loading/converting uncompressed to any DXT format, despite having 8gb RAM and being a newer intel generation..
you failed installing something, because this is a screenshot with UNP WOS by user: https://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/mods/110/images/101218/101218-1594628474-1946887054.png
Thanks so much for these wonderful feets, I tried them and they fit really perfectly with your textures. Much better than with the other feet meshes (RP's Feet for Skyrim). But one little issue: I use a 7b based Body and have unfortunately gaps at the Ankles if my char is walking.
Have you tried halofarm's feet? He has a mod which also work for sevenbase, and they are also high poly.
Also the mod sevenbase itself should have its own feet and clothing conversion. And well they are based on femfeet too. Also if you modified the body in bodyslide, well you need to use the femfeet option for feet ( which is default unp option, and is available in bodyslide). I also have a new version i am developing, so i'll keep an eye on sevenbase, but there are other things i am working on.
I also tried Halofarm's feet and they have no gaps. But I like your feet more. Ahh .. I didn't know that bodyslide had the femfeet. Many thanks. I stay with halofarms until you maybe make a version for 7B too. But there is time, you have enough things to do with others. e.g. with Triss.
Not unless they have proper UNP textures, that however are not part of this mod.
For argonians i was using this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/16976 But i'm unhappy by how this mod was constructed, and i'm adding it to the pool of endless WIP i have. Tough luck is the author won'tlet anybody use this withot his explicit permission, and he seems to be missing, so i guess i'll see what to do once i finish the first round of updates to all my mods.
I found gaps between ankles and feet on a vanilla Nord woman corpse in-game, it looked like that she wears the feet than they are her natural parts and there is another one problem is that I can see the feet form in the character running when she equips Necromancer shoes, did not sure if other types of clothing shoes contained this problem.
the feet are desinged for the UNP body. Some of the vanilla outfits have skeleton misplacement issues, which will require a new model for the body\dress, and not the foot itself. Shortly this is not a fix to the issues of the vanila outfits (such as the studded female armor, which has more than a skeleton issue)
Use of bodyslide and other modifications is not recommended for this mod. Bodyslide can create a lot of issues if misused.
I'll check what model the necromancer shoes use,but i dont recall adding them to this mod.
Sorry, I did not know this was designed for the UNP body. Yes, I' v noticed this issue was caused by the vanilla mesh during my second-time test in gaming. I was just going to fix my words abort that. It seems that I have to use the correct body mod in order to fix these skeleton misplacement issues even I like vanilla body because it's lore senses Thanks for your explanation.
you could fix the skeleton manually in nifskope,so that the bones have all the right placement but that's probably long and boring... i wanted to fix a few,but i have so many mods im working on that i havent had time for that.
Sadly vanilla is vanilla, and always bound to have issues...but not all ofthem, for exapmple prisoner rags work fine..ive met only a few with said issue, but still a few is too much for a game believed to be tripleA
I'll first be searching for a solution which may be already provided by someone like you. I agree with you said that it's probably long and boring to fix the problems one by one to its endless issues.

you can find them in my other mod Women of Skyrim (vanilla)
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25588
While anothe rmod can be Lucid Skins, which is a more vanilla oriented mod

If you look in the post below, you'll get working links and further explanation
UIf you do like the vanilla body and feel, i do recommend the mod LUCID SKIN, which is a vanilla body that works with my feet mod.

or my women of skrim mod (vanilla version)

Does it only work inside Outfit Studio?
That's what you should see

Thank you very much good Sir, endorsed! (would endorse 3 times if possible) + Kudos!
Edit: Hands are in the list, but can't build them, preview is empty (outfit studio gives error that it can't find the nif)
Remember to check the PSD for the nails linked in the sticky post, if you want to apply the same texture i use in my mods.

they have this bug with dxt compression, and that's what caused the blocky face issue in the beginning of skyrim.

This mod only works with FEMFEET compatible textures. and that means UNP.
CBBE has its own textures and foot model.
Compatibility:
Any femfeet compatible texture (All UNP textures and XCE)
