Game CTDs whenever I enter Dayspring Canyon for the first time, does anyone know a fix for this? I don't have any mods that would conflict with it and have all the patches for other Dawnguard related mods checked i.e. Dawnguard Arsenal, etc.
Hello, when installing this mod, I ran into the problem that when entering the location, absolutely everything turns black. What could this be related to? I hope for your help P.S I don't have any weather mods.
New to this mod. What I've noticed so far. - Agmaer is rushing forward, speaking his lines of dialogue when I am yet to approach him (far from approaching him actually). Tested two times. Same thing. (I am still able to catch up with him a bit later when he's having troubles trying to find the road to the Fort towering in front of him.) - Celann was not waiting at the Gate (the Main Building Gate) when I came by. He is supposed to be waiting for me at the Gate. Instead, he was walking down the hill (down the road) when I was walking up. Then he turned back. He started talking when I was about to enter the building.
is it possible to have a version or a patch where the fort doesnt get destroyed after killing the dawnguard quest? its a great place to chill and stash all my followers after curing
Does anyone know if this mod alters the character records of the NPCs in and around Fort Dawnguard, thus making it incompatible with any face replacer for those characters?
It's working just fine for me with Pandorable's replacer, which changes pretty nearly everyone there. Of course, YMMV, depending on mods, load order, etc.
I had the same problem. Their faces elsewhere (Alva, Sybille, etc.) looked perfect, but, the Dawnguard ones, not. Their faces were dark vanilla and many of their hairs were messed up. Some hair was purple, aka, missing textures. That was my last playthrough that JUST ended (got destroyed). Have started a new one (last week) and I am curious to see if I have the same problem when I install this at level 10. Like the other member said, could've just been other mods, load order, etc. borking it up. Will update on what happens later. :)
Update (7-2-2021): The Pandorable modified characters looked fine without IFD but did get messed up again when I installed this. I guess it's just going to be a choice. Both mods with some face problems or choose one or the other.
A positive update... I found out the mod that was screwing up Pandorable's faces when used with Immersive Fort Dawnguard. I am also using the Bijin mods and Kalilies NPCs which all work fine with Pando's stuff. The one that caused MY problem was having Metalsabers Beautiful Orcs of Skyrim with those other mods. Not sure why an Orisimer only mod was doing it, but, I deactivated it and the NPCs at F.D. looked like they were supposed to. Yaaaay!!!
It's been compatible with Pandorable's, Bijin, and Kallilies as far as I've seen. I had an issue recently but fixed it, it wasn't with the mod, just my own stupidity that caused the issue. Just make sure that Bijin Warmaidens and PAN DG are loaded after this and any other patches you have installed. I don't think Kalillies (however you spell it) affects any Dawnguard NPCs to my knowledge, unless there's a mod for it, but I prefer Pandorables DG.
So, I'm trying to figure out why this won't work with Pandorable's Dawnguard. That mod has always been finicky, but I have it below everything else in the load order. I tried to go into TES5Edit, but to no avail, as the NPC being affected, Beleval, has no NPC line in the Pandorable's actors section, meaning I can't make a patch with her textures over this mod's textures. I'm doing a fresh install of Pandorable's Dawnguard to try to fix this. If anyone has the same issue, and has solved it before, let me know. If this works, I'll let you know.
Edit: I have been a silly, silly boy. Very stinky and silly and dumb and stupid and smelly. My idiocy realized that there is no Beleval in PAN DG. There is, however, a Beleval in Bijin Warmaidens, which I loaded after this mod, and fixed everything. Now I just need to find the huskies and I'll be set. So, if you're ripping your hair out trying to find out why Beleval and Ingjard (I think that's how you spell her name) don't have those textures.. that's why.
If I'm not mistaken in the old pages he talks about it. It says that intel graphics cards seem to cause this. I use Intel and I had this problem, can you confirm that you also use it? (Google translator)
