- Adjusted leveled lists so that enchanted items show up in boss chests and at appropriate merchants instead.
- Reduced value of unenchanted hand- and foot- wraps since they have no armor value.

- Created and added items using Vanilla assets: 5 mage chestpieces, 5 mage hoods, handwraps, footwraps (all clothing).
- Added crafting recipes (tanning rack) and items to bandit mage and bandit chest leveled lists.
- Added Frostfall awareness and (I hope) CC Survival Mode support.
