You'll get much more visibly sensible results (stuff that looks like it belongs in Skyrim instead of a cartoon) if you reduce the color saturation by at least 50%.

I totally agree, that's why I include the darker versions.  Some people like the brighter versions though, so I included them.  Thanks for the comment.

That just makes dark clothes with neon-bright accents.  Rather just try to "explain at" you (which might be annoying), I've actually done the work to make a desaturated texture set for this:

Feel free to integrate it into the mod, directly or as an optional file to download.  This version will go better with vanilla game assets, and your original would go better with a hyper-colorful build with lots of anime-related mods (like this stuff).

Wow, thank you, Darklocq!  I appreciate it and will take a look.  As is obvious, I'm still learning.  Very cool!

Thanks Halbert for the mod.  Thanks Darklocq for the desaturated textures.  I'm making a new modlist but going the "realism" route this playthrough, so really need the desaturated version.

Nice mod, a small constructive feedback I have is when you feel more comfortable with Photoshop, use the History brush and go through the leather and the metal part of the belt and some lines, so that those parts retain their original leather-ish and metallic look.
For the colorful style, some color variety would also look cool instead of the entire outfit having one color. For example the green one would look nice with a different colored sleeve, brown gloves, and golden inner chest part. Or whatever you think would look cool. Having one color only is also nice, it's your mod afterall.

Keep up the good work, I'm looking forward to see more retextures from you.

Thank you, Ricsi1995; I appreciate the suggestion and advice!  This was honestly just a quick experiment to see if I could figure out how to contribute something to the Nexus.  Next time, I hope to contribute something at least a little better than this primitive first try.
