    looks very promising, yet i have no idea how to install it. don't understand what "command menu" means

      ah i see, it's french. i think in english it's called "controls"

      i tried, didn't work. but it can actually be easy, can just replace the controlmap.

      made one myself, wasn't as hard. but only thanks to your link

      Yes you understood everything, but I prefer to do it via the MO2 method because it preserves the original file.

    You do not need this mod, xbox 360 controller option is in skyrim's settings.

      Yes obviously, but you can't configure a shortcut, and that's precisely the intention of this mod (sorry for the 1st degree if it was a joke on your part).
