This mod adds a wonderful player home in the middle of nowhere! Thats why it's only 5000 septims. Adding lots of farming plots, new crafting options. This adds everything a vanilla home has but better. No more atacks by giants or getting your cows killed. The mountains provide safety. Buy the house from Eydis at Old Hroldan Inn.
