The screenshots were taken in Skyrim SE, and I think the animations are from Skypia's "Smooth Combat, Non Combat Animation" mod.
here is the LE version of it, not sure if you will have the same results as I have a lot of animation mods and it might be another mod overwriting it that I cannot quite remember.
