I noticed seams (unnatural lines) in some clouds...
perhaps it's because you used a non-standard texture resolution? I have personally never seen a 1112x1112 resolution texture for Skyrim (or any other Bethesda game). You should stick with the standard format of (for example) 512x512, 1024x1024, 2048x2048, 4096x4096, etc.
I think using texture resolutions that don't follow the "binary" scheme will end up having issues, such as the seams I noticed in the sky.
I'm not an expert on modding or anything, but these are just some suggestions. Keep improving and I think your mod will turn out quite well -
Would you consider adding an optional file that includes only the sunglare? I think it looks quite interesting.
