unfortunately mostly worthless decor, my suggestion overgrown house as a player home or at-least add an interior or make the places less decor like useable like the ruins instead of like the unmarked places.
I thought I'd use tes5edit to remove the dragon shrine entries people say cause CTD. 201 ITM, 51 UDR, and 2 deleted Navmeshes made me reconsider. Then I saw the mod added new quests, races, spells, weapons, dialogue, magic effects, etc. to support new zombie NPCs. So I gave up and uninstalled. I'm looking for unique places, not unique enemies.
For what it is worth, the crash bug at the dragon shrine is present in 0.15 also. It doesn't seem to trigger until after the dragons are active.
I started experiencing the crash whenever the shrine became visible while traveling in that area, so I tried going to whiterun with a console command on a new character from the title screen, and had no issue.
One of the things I noticed was the crash only seemed to happen when there was a dragon circling overhead.
I went into the CK, and then into TES5Edit and deleted all changes the mod makes to that area, and then was able to go there without any problem on the save where I had been having the issue.
It should be possible to narrow down the problem asset just by deleting groups of assets until you find the problem group, and then repeating the process until the problem is specifically identified.
I'm going to give it a shot, thanks for reporting this! I can't promise that I will find the root of the problem, could it possibly be the dragon statue (loading screen) itself? It shouldn't have any problems, but then again I only added staci objects there.
Unfortunately my modding skills are very limited when it comes to Skyrim, so I don't have anything more to offer on what might be causing the problem.
I was able to go to the area and poke around the statue without issue early on. It was only later in the game after I noticed a dragon circling over the statue that I had the problem - which was a crash almost immediately after I had line of sight to the statue.
I started a new game at that point, coc to Whiterun, and was able to go right up to the statue again - so maybe something happens to it after the dragons become active.
I really like the idea of this mod, I enjoy coming across little hidden shrines or 'storyboards' that tell a little tale with a few items and features. I think I will bash my decrepit brain into shape and learn to use the creation kit, make a few of my own. Thanks for the mod and the motivation!
