Fixed a mixup in Fire Breath tiers 2 and 3 at levels 40-49 caused by the addition of the Ward Buster effects.

Expands Soul Tear's functionality. All tiers now soul trap for 30 seconds. Tier 2 kills like Tier 3, but doesn't zombify. Cooldown is now 30/60/90.

Legendary Edition implemented. This is now the supported version.
Become Ethereal reworked. All three word tiers now have the same effect durations, the difference is now in cooldown. It's arranged much like Throw Voice, with more words meaning shorter cooldown.

Enables "Ward-busting" on the following shouts: Unrelenting Force, Fire Breath, Frost Breath, Dismay, Marked For Death, Soul Tear (DG), Drain Vitality (DG). Main shout effect may or may not apply after busting a ward.

Added Ice Form cooldown shortening to the list. Forgot to mention it before, it was still present in 1.0.
Added a note to the instruction image that the Dragonsoul Boost power won't appear int he magic effect list until you have at least 5 dragonsouls.
Fixed the Draugr shouts inadvertently getting added to the Player list.
