Thanks for clarifying! One of my older game saves is having crashing problems as of v1.3 but my other game saves and new characters have zero issues. I don't know what caused it but I'm troubleshooting it.
OK did some troubleshooting. First of all it does it for your older version also. I was getting messed up by my game saves. It will only do it for my high level character. I started a new character and all was fine. No crashes. Which means it's not any of my current mods but a past mod that left something behind in my high level game save file. That's the one where I test out installing and uninstalling mods on. So it's up to you if you want to fix it or not because it works on my new game file.
Try the new version and list the other mods you are using if it still crashes, i will test it with the mods you use to see if there is an incompatibility.

What other mods are you using? I am working on removing some things that may be causing this but some clues would be helpful.
