orcrist should be much larger, it lore it was a longsword and it was just smaller than foehammer, for sorin it was almost too large to wield with one hand but being the bad ass he is he uses it with one hand and dwarfs arent THAT much shorter than elfs
Download NIFSKOPE , open the weapon's .nif file (...Skyrim\data\meshes\weapons\Ghosu - Hobbit\...), click on the weapon - this will highlight a NiTriShape block on the left side, select it, down below in the block detail window is a value SCALE - change that to change size. Though you have to resize the scabbard (SCB block) and the blood effects (two EDGEBLOOD blocks) as well, but the chance is high that the blood effects won't fit anymore since they are suited for the current size but if you play around with SCALE and TRANSLATION (= position) you might get it to fit.
And no, i won't change/update this mod, it's one of my old projects and part of my learning process, i'm really not interested in the mod itself (i just picked the size i liked best, especially since i made it a long time before i've seen the movie and i never read the book) but the stuff i learned from its creation - especially modeling and UV mapping, helped me to create even better weapons (like my current Weapon Pack)
