I made a new version 1_24 with the fireball explosion fix, and nerfed the magicka Cost a bit, but still more expensive than the vanilla though.

Heavier damage from fire, If you burn you can die. Auto-cost enabled on spells due to the power fire now have more mana cost
Torch light added to fire is down to vanilla setting, due to extremely bright light with a lot of fire, Still insanely bright on Firetraps though
