Google don't get it, it just say Catalan detected but no English translation-
If I am not mistaken, ZeroFrost is russian.
Your Windows/Skyrim can not read russian script so it only shows those weird letters.
A mod like this one,AddItemMenu - Ultimate Mod Explorer by towawot, will allow you to get the armor without using the console.

I'm Catalan. Catalonia is a region of Spain, and we all use latin scripture. Any mod in Catalan would use latin scripture.
Also, sorry if my english sounds stupid. XD

Amazing armor, it looks like something the Harbinger Of The End Times would wear, I only found two problems with it though.
The armor is named in some other language, and there isn't a female version.
The weird name isn't that big of a deal but its a shame there is no Female version.

In order to craft the Standalone version you will need the Advanced Armors perk. You can find the armor under Steel (it has broken letters).
