The "Optional Smelting Room" version deletes the entire interior cell of 'Bonechill Passage' and a few other random dirty edits. Likely by accident. Simple fix with xEdit. [Not sure if the other versions do this]

Edit: In case anyone wants/needs a cleaned version, or the author abandons this, here is my cleaned version of the "Optional Smelting Room" version of this mod.
Pro's; No collision box issues (no collisions boxes period really), all player creation stations. Decent Size not too big not quite small either like the house is. Great lighting.
Cons: No ladder to Exterior cell (Whiterun / Skyrim), No Merchant / Fence, No Mannequins. Not alot of Storage, no Shield / Weapon Racks ( I would personally like a place to put all my hold shields lined up in a nice row same goes for mannequins and the several to few unique sets.
Suggestions:
Please add 8-12 mannequins, enough shield racks for all holds +1-3 for unique shields Yesgamor, Auriel's ect... Please add more storage near smith/anvil/Smelter for Ore/ingot Storage ( even though there is an Anvil/smelter at the smith having both inside with non resetting storage helps alot of people keep track and empty inventory thus reducing save and load times as well as time to open containers. Please add another ladder to the outside Exterior (interior of whiterun) with easy access to the Breezehome map marker. To which theres already an addon for. Please add corresponding storage containers or sacks/satchels to the alchemy lab and enchanter directly ontop of the labs desk. Thus making it even easier for people to store ingrediants or soul gems / things to enchant at a later time. A basement window with outside light and light bird / breeze sound effect would increase immersion.
The no-smithy version was a request for daventry, and an optional, who wanted it empty to place his own mannequins with another mod he has. The regular version has no wasted space and the whole idea of the mod was to have evrything you need for crafting and such under your own roof. It does have weapon racks and over 12 chests for items.
If you'd like to make a request for a storage room, just for display I could make one, let me know.
I just tried out the no smithy version and I like it but its just too empty. After using it, I love the footprint of the basement but don't like wasted space or space filled with clutter. If this was a little better designed as a trophy/storage room, I would use it. Don't think I will in its current state though. I want weapon racks, display cases, mannaquins, well placed chests and wall mounts. Almost like a secret store room that's lore friendly.
I've been looking for a simpler Breezehome basement for a while now. This looks almost perfect. If I had a suggestion though it would be to add mannequins in the open spaces and have a weapon/shield plaques on the walls. I, personally, am looking for first and foremost, loot storage and displays. I need a place to store all my cool stuff and it would be even better if it could be on display.
This does not affect any chests in the home, unless you have another basement entrance in the same area. Its just another extra room with its own entrance into the basement., so theres not reason to empty anything, but save your game before to be safe, I'm not sure of your circumstances.
