If you already have Miraaks Mask drop it and pick it back up. If that doesn't work revert back to an older save before you killed Miraak and kill him again.

This mods fixes Miraaks Mask and allows you to use Benthic Scream.
When you equip the mask for the first time a shout will be added called Benthic Scream.
The shout is only usable when wearing the mask.

I added a Balanced version of the shout, it adds a 15 cool down to the shout.
