When a follower that's been commanded to wait elsewhere suddenly gets "teleported" to the player by an event (e.g. by their default programming), SMF resets that follower's "WaitingForPlayer" ActorValue. E.g.: This fixes the bug in Ancestor Glade which keeps the gate locked at the completion of the quest, locking the player in the cave, IF Serana is waiting for the player anywhere before the cave proper. Other features shown: (1) "Leave my fights to me", (2) casual/adventuring gear - including helmet and gauntlets worn only in combat, (3) support for 3rd-party removal of "player teammates", i.e. auto-dismiss/auto-recruit depending on the "player teammate" flag.
Jamming traps in v0.85
This video shows tweaks to the current feature that allows you to jam/disable traps so that your followers can traverse them safely. In the current version, you had to jam the traps one at a time. This was, not only time consuming, but the feature had a bug which prevented you from disabling traps near one another. It continually jammed the nearest trap, even if that trap has already been jammed, instead of the next trap a little bit further along. In the version in 0.85, when a trap is jammed, up to 10 nearby traps will also be jammed.

0.839 Feature spotlight: Avoid player in combat
Ever been annoyed by a follower getting in your way during combat? In the next version (0.839) of SMF, you'll be able to command them to stay away from you during combat. Relevant dialogue options for this feature are: 'Leave me to my own fights.' and 'Assist me in combat.'
