February 3, 2018 - 5.0 ANNOUNCEMENT! IMPORTANT! Okay...do I have your attention? Don't mean to yell and all, just hoping to help people out here. If you are using any version of Elysium Estate below 5.0....and you download 5.0 into your current game, I can guarantee bugs. It just happens. You will have activators that don't work, missing meshes, collision issues, scripts that don't respond.... etc. I have tested 5.0 over and over again so if you have lots of bugs, it is most likely on your end. Try Elysium 5.0 on a new game, try it on a clean game. Or try another clean save. If you still have issues, it could also be another mod. Download the Elysium Estate guide in the files section for how to perform a clean save and other information.
Now to say...there may not be a bug or two with 5.0. It happens. If so, report on the bug page or in this forum. I do update the Change Log, so check that if you are wondering if you need an update. Thanks and enjoy!
January 26, 2018 - Yep. I went ahead and released it! 5.0. I have put countless hours into this version since April 2017. It will be controversial for some people, but I made these changes after using Elysium Estate 4.3.5 on my play-through of Skyrim and I am happy with them. Thank you so much for all the feedback of my supporters, and for those who tested the BETA.

February 3, 2018 - A note from me: I try to respond to lots of comments and PMs...if I don't respond to yours, it might be because I have answered the question a lot, or you can find the answer by downloading the guide to help you out. And we have a great community here, sometimes other people respond with better comments than I ever could! Thanks for all the suggestions everyone....but I can't take them all even though most of them are awesome. I have hit a point of diminishing returns with Elysium Estate in I have learned so much over the years but it's time I move onto other projects. I'm still here to support this mod for now though.

Just wanted to say the new 5.0 version is awesome. You took the best player's home on nexus and made it even better!
Just a note for those updating..... Just a new game didn't work for me, ( still had remnants of the older version left over like the guest house, the front door was missing, the rear chimney was floating, the 4.3.5 chimney was still in place and the shrine was missing plus my fps plummeted to 10fps when I got on the property).
I had to Uninstall 5.0, reinstall 5.0, sort with loot, rebuild my merged and bashed patches then rerun texgen and Dyndolod, now everything works perfectly!

i'm having an issue with the garden not letting me plant edit: I do have the mod cooking and alchemy overhaul I did see someone post a patch from Skyrim SE, but it did not work for me EDIT however making a clean save with a patch i found on skyrim se verison then re discovering the house i can now palnt. Also, I notice if the estate is not at the top of my load order anywhere else, I get a crash message. I have preloaded and crash fixes installed because I have Skyrim Romance installed also have texture pack installed 2kHD and smim installed. Also, I remember in a previous edition my character unequipped her armor in the hot tub. She does not only followers will . i also have Vivid Weathers installed and ELFX / update again its vivid weathers tat causing the crashing at elysuim estate
Has anyone had trouble with flora & other decorations floating? I originally thought it was an FPS issue because I had a lot of trouble with animals bouncing and glitching. But solved that and still having the grass and bushes around this property floating in the air. Doesn’t seem to be anywhere else in my game so I’m assuming something with how my game is interacting with this mod.

Great house, the only thing even deactivating what you mentioned to get the lag ... something keeps giving lag. I will say where .... When you get or leave the house, to me here it takes 20 to 25 seconds to enter or leave, not even at the gates of the cities that have many homes and people take so long for about 9 seconds.

Small query. Can't seem to find the slot for the ebony blade. Am I missing something?
