A red and dark gray would would be nice. Red "Glass" Dark grey/steel colored armor. Maybe some (sparse) gold trim, like a thin line of gold around the waist and a bit on the shoulders and helm somewhere. (Or no gold...if it looks funky feel free to leave it out I just thought a tiny bit of trim might make it pop a bit)
Colors maybe near these? (just a guideline not exactly these necessarily, they can be fudged)

I know there's a few out there that are close to what I want but not quite right or they don't do weapons etc.
Edit: Not trying to match those exactly per se, just trying to give a solid start point (Actually counting on ingame lighting making them just a shade lighter.) Also, a picture is worth a thousand words, this is pretty close to the colors I was going for (though not quite right, also ignore the beveling, that was just me being bored.

It does seem just a smidge bright now that I've seen it around in game. At first I just thought it was because the pictures were in sunny Markarth.
