I’m having an issue where the floor inside the longboat is missing a section. I’ve tried going in on creation kit and fixing it, the section is there in ck, and even if I copy and paste a second floor piece in the spot it still doesn’t show up in game, it’s still a section missing… I’ve tried reinstalling the mod completely, I’ve tried moving it around in my load order, and still missing… please help
Is it possible to add a patch to the ship and boat replayer mod? https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/87584 they do not work well together, when the boat is activated, it floats and the character remains in place.
Ok, now i'm running into some trouble with the longboat. Once my first one sinked, it seems that rebuying one doesn't respawn near the dock. Only the door to ship's interior and button to active it appears floating on water... The row boat works just fine.

yeah it works even xbox elite series and because this any other controller cant be use for this mod because e button what is should be in controller y does fortually nothing same goes to analogig stick for moving but least can watch like in keyboard and you are moving from arrow buttons in keyboard not from w s a d what is weirder still even mod works either npc get spooked and hostile area where you buy ship or the quest giver goes missing and most annouying is even i like this mod or idea cant sail boat that parts arent floating upside down started this occuring when later tried mod again i use vortex instal mod and it instals it correctly to my experience this is just litle buggy could just someone fix this mod
there is more than one of this version you can find here someone posted links i used one of them only bugs shitty controll support shitty ship model could be worse if ship model is not lore friendly and i mean with shitty a bugged there is version what could solve bugged model and if you are skilled with keyboard more than controller you are lucky

one thin i forget to mention i resently discovered sailboats mod in nexus there are least two of them first is sailboats - script free sailing and second is with same name but added next to the name expanded what least require that my first mentioned sailboats mod and meaning with my i dont create mod because i dont have skill so its not my mod but of creator of it and i just play some games as modded but try keep them lore friedly and with staying in and follow story but i dont gonna be some credits to stoler person or uploader or what ever they are called and just in case i say i dont try offeend anyone or cause harm just saying

I always use jaxonz positioner and cell builder so the door and button are no problem for me. I use this with realistic boat bobbing and part of dk's nord ships slightly modified. Took the meshes that give boat bob from RBB, use DK's skins with them, used nifscope to put sails on the longboat then creation kit to make the sails null texture except on the anim versions so i have realistically bobbing longship with DK skins that toggles sails to full when sailing but rolled up when the anchor is dropped. Very nice. Using the jaxonz positioner i can copy and carry troops in my inventory then drop them on deck to fight whales and mermaids. Endorsed.
Trying a rebuild now on a different computer; lost most of my old skyrim stuff when old bessy died. Trying to re-create this right now so far with no success, but when I do I'll try notify each of you and provide you with the instructions if nothing else. Assuming I'm smart enough to EnablePenUseInMeatspace 1 once I get the mojo going again it should survive even if my HD doesn't. At the least I'll have my damn boat back and the info might help someone more talented/dedicated make a better version yet. Still using skyrim LE btw because every attempt to mod SE always meets with some mods being non-functional due to skse versions or whatever. Will gradually ease into SE I guess.
Ok so what I've done (just re-done) is install Dk's lore friendly nord ship replacer (which by default is backwards relative to bethesda boat and thus sailable ships steering controls are likewise backwards) and change out the one player used mesh in sailable ships (something like shiplonganim01) for a realistic boat bobbing mesh that i hacked together with Dk's sails using nifscope. Then loaded Dk's mod in creation kit and adjusted the null texture settings for the various boats to not display sail and some ropes when "docked". In game, with sailable ships, this means anchoring the boat rolls the sails up, unanchoring unfurls them. Other than the provided for player boat from sailable ships, all the rest of the ships in the game should in theory use DK's lore friendly models, while the player boat is a RBB mesh but with anchor-toggle sails and rigging rope. I got this compressed to zip, so let me know how i can get it to you guys, email or something. Now onward to squash a bug I'm having with animated armoury.
yes the anchor ropes and tackle could be centered and scaled more precisely and yes i should have put tie offs or anchor points on the deck at ropes end. i was in a hurry.
Heads up just noticed in my version the rowboat not working right, had to swap dk's rowboat mesh in the zip i pointed you to for the normal RBB rowboat mesh to fix. My bad, in-a-hurry oversite.
There's no BSA to extract, no meshes to optimize. Mods with scripts, as this does have, don't take any special conversion to SE. So I just loaded the mod into CK and saved the plugin to convert it.
