   doesnt work, just click on your horse and type in "setav stamina 9999" that should do it

   I have been searching for this kind of mod for ages, thanks to you I finally got it. Sadly, your mod does not work- my horse still runs out of stamina very fast. The only other horse mod I have installed is "Faster Horses x2.5" (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/62852/?). Maybe it conflicts with your mod?
