StickyThat was quick- both versions updated to 1.1.
All users: disable the old hotfix .esp file you were using, load up your game, save, quit, and then activate the version of the hotfix you require.
Thank you statmonster for the list of objects! Expect the Exteriors hotfix to be updated a few more times as more orphaned lanterns and lightsources are discovered.
Thanks to siuan for pointing out some inconsistencies, and in the process, making me realise I'd missed quite a few important changes! -
ETaC is patched. is this still compatible?

I found out that your patch brings major conflict if used with Moonpath of Elsweyer version of ETaC - Complete.esp. When you enter Falkreath inn, interiour is complete mess with half inn gone and items falling through the ground. Can you make them compatible and release update?
Also Riverwood inn is damn dark with your mod. No light source from main firepit at all. Needs to be fixed -
Thank you so much for doing this. I was worried I was going to have to uninstall one of my mods.
While I still like this mod I have found an issue and have stopped using it. It is removing all of the light sources from the Sleeping Giant in Riverwood.
I removed all my other mods and narrowed it down to this one mod.
Guess I will either have to deal with missed placed items or make changes myself -

What do you mean by "It does NOT balance lighting issues that may result from getting rid of the conflicts.?"
Does that mean it just prevents CTDs but doesn't actually add the ELFX effects to the ETaC interiors? -

Is this patch only for ETAC - Complete that have the ETAC inns implemented? I ask because I use the No Inns version and with this patch the inns are all messed up (eg. big hole in the floor in Dead Mans Drink, no ELFX lighting at all in other inns - in fact. no lights at all, vanilla and otherwise). Removing this patch things look fine. I use also Moonpath and selected that option in the in the ETAC patches install which replaced the Complete esp, although because I'm using the no inns version perhaps I shouldn't have done that.
EDIT: I dont get the hole in the floor using this patch with the Inns version of Etac, but pretty much all lights are disabled in inns which, looking in TES5Edit, seems to be the intent of this patch? -
Do you happen to have one for better town textures and elfx? They're not compatible yet either.

I ctd with the ELFX and exteriors patch. I put it like you said. Then tried it other ways but it kept crashing. I do have ELFX and exteriors installed.

when I first start the game. As soon as it hits the first screen It crashes right away. The one you PM'd me works fine but the ones on nexus CTD.

Figured it out. I'm using it without riverwood so it's modular. The ones on here are not compatible with the modular version but for some reason the one you pm'd me was.
