    My specs : Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N3050 @ 1.60GHz (2 CPUs), ~1.6GHz
    Memory: 4096MB RAM

    Could you or do you know where i can find and or create a perfect ini that gives me 25/30 fps, because for some reason with everything on almost minimal except texture quality (+ i have some mods) i cant get a solid 25+ fps except some interiors.

      You can, but you will be playing with very minimal graphics. 2GB is the very minimum of ram needed. Here is a link to the system requirements: http://www.geforce.com/games-applications/pc-games/elder-scrolls-v-skyrim/system-requirements
      I'm not a genius, but maybe that link will answer your questions.

    I am sorry dude, but this is a preset definitely NOT for a low-end computer!
    My Laptop: GT 630M, i5-3337U 1.8GHZ(2.5);
    Your variables are too damn high in the .ini file. Even with all my efforts putted into performance increasing mods collected your preset gave me 16-18 FPS, and i speak of pretty low settings - medium textures, rest turned off, shadows on minimum, even decreased vanilla textures mod, still.
    I recommend Skyrim Performance - More FPS by hasanalicik for those who look for playable ordinary picture of the game. In addition i didn't remove shadows completely like in the original, but my FPS locked on 30 by mod never seemed to decrease and all works like a charm.
