Hey Kids, I'm back.....been in the wilds of Alaska and no internet access, seriously it is last place on Earth (at least US Earth) that has very limited internet. So thanks for all the support and comments
isn't adding it to the "houses owned" section; why isn't it working? /: downloaded Elysium Estate but afterwards the deed still didn't work; I've even read it.
Say I bought the place, meaning this mod pretty much accomplished what it set out to do. Will simple taxes continue to work if I remove this mod from my load order post-purchase?
Umm, nope this just sells you a deed to the property and makes no changes, there is a way in her mod via some books in the living room to change options for the house.
Just the Estate Agents - Elysium Estate mod and thejadeshadow's Elysium Estate mod are required, you can use the Original Estate Agents along side though.
Only 29,774 Gold? Proudspire with all upgrades costs over 40k and cannot touch Elysium. Like the idea though.Tracking.
Edit:I do agree with SilverNirash that the concept would be better if it covered all free homes, that of course would require a script. Endorsed for original thinking and for encouragement towards an expanded concept.
I priced it based on my original mod, which has a high base cost of 10,000 gold which translates to about 30-40 thousand gold before speech perks. But if you want it to be higher I can do that as a separate file. And yes Elysium is worth much more than that crappy Proudspire.
you should do a project that adds prices to all "free" houses in game or something. i have like.....10 house mods installed and half of them are free lol and the only reason for me installing them is because i like having big families so....yeah lmao

Or just Elysium Estate?
If I knew how to do it, I'd make Elysium Estate require purchase to own. Since I can't, this will do the trick.
