Replace this esp (and files) with the other esp.file. So first download the Folkstead mod and then this one and overwrite / replace everything. -

Because some settlements are situated in the mountainareas, and I personally don't want to experience snowfall all the time, I tweaked the mountain weather slightly, by making it around 10 -15% more sunnier. That's the only difference.
