   So I'm trying to download the 'Complete Mod Manager' and it doesn't begin by itself or allow me to manually download. When I click the 'downlload' nothing happens.
   
   Any suggestions?

      I'm having the same issue. Of course, there's not instructions on how to do so manually

      Im having the same issue here in 2021 still lol having to download the one without the manager,  only hope i can get it installed and working myself. shouldn't be too difficult though

      For anyone else having this issue, download Nexus Vortex and then try then click the NMM link again and it will run through Vortex
