yes I know that.. any one that has played at all knows this.. such as the uprising beginning in markarth and temple is there with statue.. riften that starts as stormcloak control and statue is near graveyard and has priestess snowshod or something tending.. and don't forget heimskir or what ever in whiterun in front of statue.. etc etc.. but it seems out of place in an imperial controlled bending knee to thalmor (at least to their face til empire recovers).. even has an office for them in city... even in temple of talos in windhelm the woman there says "only place of open worship.. all I was meaning is it seems outta place with 2 near doors
