This mod is probably supposed to be a joke, since the "broker" npc inside that new building is actually a bear... that just say generic vanilla lines and you can't interact with (as any random npc from populated mods), and there isn't any warning in the description about that.
New building in Solitude was the first NO-GO. I have the town buildings I need, thanks a lot. I don't delete a mod because of yours. The fact that the author seems to have died long ago doesn't help either. Tracking to see if there is still some life...
I am willing to give this mod a chance. I am quite interested in making a mobster style character so property buying seems to be a good front. I will let you know what I think.

I second this motion. having ten identical screenshots and a line about spending money does not get my urge to get this mod running. Perhaps a screenshot about how the menu works, a screenshot of the interior besides a desk (maybe an employee?), a list of prices and examples of businesses or a better screenshot of how this fits into Solitude, like a picture of a further away distance, which would help since I too use JK's Solitude and would like to know hw this building affects the city.
Will track for now though, as I am rather curious.

I'm looking for a good mod that adds banking in the form of bank notes and exchange for bullion metals to work with Immersive Jewelry. Is it possible you might add this function to your broker?
