Where exactly is this thing? It's not near Whiterun Gate (which is what I conider the entrance to whiterun - and that you stated as location). I just hope it's not at the T-shaped crossroads because that area is clogged by many mod buildings in my game. That would mean it's stuck in one of them. Pic of location pl0s?
It's inside the city gate, in front of Warmaiden's; but as at least one other player has mentioned, it's invisible. To find it you have to run into it, but when you get on it, you're 20 feet in the air. Apparently some people aren't having this problem. Maybe there's some package we don't have.
