   This mod makes the game disbalanced. I mean, when you are at level 8, you get the enemies as if you were at level 16, like bears, giant spiders etc. And when you have about 200 hp, your enemies usually have around 500.

      Probably i have same issue, coz enemies are way stronger before i install this mod (probably depends on game difficult Lv.)

   can someone tell what I have to change in the .esp, to give me one perk point instead of two?

      You don't have to change anything in the .esp file. When you load your game it asks you if you want to get 1 perk point or 2 per level.

   Please put an mcm menu to edit the ammount of perks we can obtain
   And could you delete that "true" when you level up and go to the perk menu?

   is there a way to increase the amount of perkpoints you can get like with the old mod you just typed "set ppl to xx"

      If I remember correctly, NPCs (with a few exceptions) don't have perks.

   Not working correctly here, my perk points are matching my rank.. so on Rank 5 I received 5Perk points, 6 at rank 6 and so on. Does not seem to conflict with anything.. I am running a lot of other stuff
