I was tired of Restarting a New Game and having to go through the Main Quest - every single time. This is a saved game stripped down to bare nothing.
You are the Thane of Whiterun, who owns Breezehome and has a Housecarl named Lydia... You have killed Aldiun and have spared the Life of Paarthurnax. You have saved all of Tamerial from the World-Eater himself and have just woke up after a full seven hour nap... Your well rested and eager to take another Adventure... Please enjoy & don't forget to endorse ...
** if you need to know how to start a new game, go to My Documents, My Games, Skyrim, Saves - "Rename Saves" folder, Then create a new folder named "Saves", Copy and paste this files into Saves folder, right click, extract here with 7zip (Billions of people use it). Delete this file or put into anther folder. Open Skyrim, click Continue, A Screen will pop up saying something is missing, click yes... Have FUN!!!

Level One - with 86 perk points to distribute - haven't been able to remove
What spells, if any, do I know?
Flames, Frostbite, Sparks and Healing. Shouts added: Clear Skies, Dragonrend, Unrelenting Force and Whirlwind Sprint (First Word) - Thanks again for the comment by Jindo2003
Can I change my Character?
Yes... Your currently a Female Nord, named Prisoner... to change her appearance or sex you can either -
Weapons - Axe of Whiterun and Notched Pickaxe...
Armor - Tunic, Footwraps, Nahkriin Priest Mask.
Books - Elder Scroll (Dragon)
Keys - Key to Breezehome
Miscellaneous - Attunement Sphere - Disconcerning the Transmundane, Diamond Dragon Claw, Lockpick, Gold (Just over 400).

- OR hit the " ~ " tilde key, just below the ESC (Escape Button), type in: ShowRaceMenu , then Enter.
- Dawnguard - Whiterun gate guard mentioned right before opening the gate.
- Discerning the Transmundane - Had to use Septimus to get the Elder Scrolls.
- Miscellaneous- Speak to the Leader of the Companions - Side Quest
- Miscellaneous - Join the Imperial Legion - Side Quest
