Very nicely done, not immersive but very nicely done. Why not use glass bottle instead of can? That would be more immersive. Good job nonetheless

I would also love a lore friendly version. Maybe also add some Juices of the fruits we find around skyrim.
Glass Bottles would be an Idea, but how about some kind of water skin for traveling purposes.

Kids in Skyrim drink alcohol. Just like the adults. Just not as much.
Soda is technically not that un-immersive. The cans certainly are, but we've been making it for hundreds of years already. There's no reason why they couldn't have invented a soda water or carbonated water here. Especially since Skyrim is a Science-Fantasy setting that has space travel already. Our history doesn't neatly fit in to where/when they created things. The only thing I can think of is that water isn't always free of contaminants, so having fermented beverages (alcohol), would be more common. -
