      imagine if u set the distance meter to the max and u at any given moment render like 80-100% of the soul cairn LOL

      i find plantless soul cairn enhances the lonely feel to it

      This http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/63621 does it for the rest of skyrim it helped me alot

      and use the "teofis" command without quotes if u need some more fps i knew about it just yesterday lol
