You can safely install/uninstall it mid-game. It's only meshes and textures, no esp-settings.

Q: Does this work on my own character?
A: Yes, but it's not fully supported yet. This way you can make it work:

    1. Enable NPC Patcher
    2. Make your face.
    3. Export face from racemenu "Sculpt"
    4. Disable NPC patcher.
    5. Import face in racemenu "Sculpt"

    OPTIONAL
    Botox SE - NPC Patcher
You can patch your own mods with this.

Only use for Patching, disable after use.
Only use in Creation Kit. Disable for Gaming.
Use a 'clean' Skyrim installation or an empty Vortex profile:
Do this to avoid cluttering up your modded skyrim with patched nifs.

    1. Edit SkyrimEditor.ini for multiple master loads:
        [General]
        ballowmultiplemasterfiles=1
        ballowmultiplemasterloads=1

    2. Open Creation Kit and select 'Botox NPC Patcher.esp' AND 'yourmod.esp'
(Optional: set 'yourmod.esp' to ACTIVE, adds a * in CK to identify yourmods NPCs)
    3. Select the NPCs you want to patch and press CTRL+F4
    4. (Optional: Pack exported heads located in folder FaceGenData into a mod for extra tidiness.)

    5. DISABLE "Botox NPC Patcher.esp" for gaming. It's only for patching.

It seems that this works for all other npcs, but not the Wenches added by Immersive Wenches, even with the patch on. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I managed to make it work. Go to meshes -actors -character -facegendata -facegeom- and delete the contents of immersive wenches.esp folder. Do this with just the meshes don't erase the textures or the immersive wenches will be dark faced.

Amazing mod. Really perks up every npc out there.
Would like to know how to extract specific npc presets/facegen data if possible.
Even after painful hours trying to figure out how to extract npc presets I only end up with the vanilla face details. Not the botox hair and makeover.
Is there a way to extract npcs specifically or is every npc given random traits/hair each new game?

    Thanks!
I don't use the botox folder, and the women look great!

Unsure if anyone has already posted this, but anyone having issues with the hair looking weird:

The FOMOD is missing the Hair, the textures folder in the archive, drag that to your Data folder and let it copy (won't overwrite anything), but it'll also fix the color of the hairs used by the mod.

I'm more and more convinced of what a good mod this is. The characters are not just beautiful, they are wonderful, stunning. Of course I have to "clean" old mods that conflict with this one. But it is worth it. Unfortunately could not determine the conflict with one dunmerka, - Mireli (dead miner on Solstheim. Kolbjorn Barrow). I resurrected her. Can't see how she will look like with this mod.

Kaie has a dirty face. Help clean the dirt off the face of the NPS.

I realized why this mod won't overwrite other mods with the same NPCs. There is no esp on specific NPS in this mod. I encountered this situation in the ANURETH mods. When I put a mod without esp, the mod that had esp would win in a conflict. And it does not matter whether it was "mod without esp" below or above. But if I put ANURETH mod with esp, everything was fine. The main thing is that the ANURETH mod with esp had to be lower than the conflicting mod.
I have now removed meshes, textures and esp those mods that overwrite Botox. Everything became fine.
I've already replaced about 10 NPS. Everything's fine. I will slowly replace all of them (that I have chosen).
My opinion - "Botox for Skyrim" is the perfect mod for a very large number of beautiful NPS. Well, if NPS did not like, his is easy to delete.

Beitild, Irgnir and other miners. Their faces remained dirty. Changing their hairstyles did nothing for them.

One thing I noticed. This mod does not overwrite anything. Very many dark faces, not matching the body color. This distinguishes this mod from the mods of other authors. There are beautiful NPS, but problems with the color of the face. There are NPS that I would like to remove. But for this you need to "dance with a tambourine" (((.

You have something overwriting the NPC which creates the black face bug.
Which is created by anything at all overwriting the NPC edit from this mod without a patch

I have mods to change the NPS. But they are above (!) this mod.

Why this mod does not overwrite other mods itself? I Forgot to write - I do not use textures UNP, CBBE from this mod.

Only after removing esp, textures, meshes from other mods, I see the normal face of the NPC.

But I repeat - other mods above the mod "Botex for Skyrim". It's not normal to see all NPS have dark faces.
1000 NPS need to be fixed (removal of esp, textures, meshes from other mods).

Example, - mod "BB's Solstheim NPC Overhaul - Women LE", I put this mod and I don't care about NPS faces. This mod itself overwrote other mods.

But I have a question for you (and perhaps other players) - how to completely (!) remove NPCs from this mod ("Botex for Skyrim")? For example, delete Lami?
In TES5EDIT "Botex for Skyrim" in the mod does not have this NPS
. I got it. I deleted from the meshes/.... from the folder Skyrim.esm, Lamy's nif file (000135ef). Eugene.
