This is a simple cheat mod that lets you build Hearthfire homes, along with any interior furnishings without needing any materials. You must have the Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch installed to use it.
I prefer to use Hearthfire homes over modded homes but after doing it so many times, building them has stopped being fun for me. I made this quick mod so I can spend my time exploring and questing instead.
