Uhm.....this presets looks kinda nice, judjing from the screenshots....but the outcome ingame doesn't match screenshots at all, at least for me. I don't know why, but I'm experiencing a lot of issues with various enb presets, lately, mostly with depth of field....anyway, this is what this preset looks like on my game:

Unfortunately, disabling depth of field didn't cut it at all, in fact I still experience an overall blurry effect no matter what. I don't know if this helps by any means, but I can give you a paste of my skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini, so maybe someone can point me out to the problem
For you to know: I'm using ENBOrganizer to install my presets. What I did was to create a folder named "Photorealism" on my extrenal hard drive, then I dropped d3d9.dll and enbhost.exe files from the wrapper version of 0.349 vinaries. After that, I dropped your preset files inside the "Photorealism" folder, enabling the preset through ENBOrganizer. Finally I installed NLA, only the .esp file, ad pointed out in the comments section, here. You can see the outcome in the screenshots so.....am I doing something wrong?
This ENB is really cool. I just have some odd problem I can't solve by my self. Whenever I enter a city like whiterun or solitude brightness fades away untill blackness although it is 01:00 pm and clear sky. It looks like some kind of adaptation effect but the tweaks for adaptation (min, max, intensity,...) won't change this behaviour.
With default ENB there is no such behaviour so I guess it comes from this ENB preset.
how it should look like (at least in vanilla): https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1481559253

I downloaded the new version (sure it's new? it has the same version number), replaced the old files and also did load configuration in enb gui. No changes at all :-/
I haven't installed Natural Lighting and Atmospherics for ENB but i thought that might not be necessary?!
I think dlc and those mod are necessary ;) Climates Of Tamriel - Weather - Lighting - Audio Enhanced Lights and FX Natural Lighting and Atmospherics for ENB
Thx anyway. Just want to let you know that I am able to use your ENB now. But I can't use CoT at the same time - if I do run both together I get the dark sky problem.
Yeah I remember too if you have already use another ENB by moment that make a bug with new enb setting, so try delete all ENB files and drop my ENB files again ;)

Oh and I don't own the DLCs. Are they essential?
Enhanced Lights and FX
Natural Lighting and Atmospherics for ENB

Maybe when I buy the DLCs I'll try anew ;-)
