Adds a journal for the player which can be used once a day to level up one random skill by 1 level.

Just sharing this with you since I've had the idea to make this mod this morning.
You get the journal once you launch the game with this mod.
You can use the journal 24 hours after you've used it last time. You will receive a notification message in the top left once it's ready again.

Use NMM or install manually

Completely standalone mod. Should work just fine with anything.
