Thank you all for your support and patience as I've worked on this new verison of the mod. Be sure to check the new requirements listed on the modpage and grab both the Resources and Installer main files. Uninstall Sentinel 2 completely before installing Sentinel 3.
Please feel free to post feedback and report issues as you encounter them, and I'll do my best to keep up with those reports. Also, while I don't plan on adding any more armors at this time, if you have suggestions for more NPC outfits, I'd be happy to hear them.
If you're looking to make your own addon for Sentinel, or just want more technical details about how the mod works, check out this article for more details.
Grimoire - An Enchanting Addon for Sentinel, distributes thousands of enchanted item variants throughout the game world based on Sentinel's gear. Grimoire reads your selections during Sentinel installation and adds enchanted versions of the chosen equipment to dungeon chests, merchant wares, and anywhere else enchanted items normally appear.
Highly recommend using Sentinel 3 in combination with Grimoire!
Thank you to CinderUSA for putting together a Nexus collection that features bodyslide files for Sentinel's armors. You can find that collection here.
As a reminder, Sentinel does not officially support bodyslides and I won't be answering questions or fixing issues you encounter through their use. But if you were looking for those files, here's where you can find them.
It is, and the author Immersive Armors - Sentinel Edition just released an update for Sentinel V3. It integrates beautifully with base Sentinel, and eliminates all of the jank of Immersive Armors by replacing its distribution system with that of Sentinel, so you just get the armors in a well balanced distribution list alongside Sentinel's armors
Hey, I'm very hyped for the new update and have been poking around. I hope you don't mind a few questions.
Is it possible for old patches to work with the newest version? If I understood your article it seems at least some should, like at least a few from your old patch fomod, or those made by LoadBearingNoodle. It doesn't look like the names of your proxy list changed much, so if a patch is just adding items to those leveled lists, would that work? If not, how easy is it to change?
It looks like you're distributing Sentinel objects to Tamrielic Distribution. What exactly is that doing?
Is the Silver Hand leveled list ini file supposed to be empty?
I'm surprised that CC Vigil Enforcer or Ghost of the Tribunal gear doesn't seem to be integrated. Did I miss something?
Last, I've always been unclear as to how compatible other Skypatcher patches are with this. If this mod replaces vanilla leveled lists and other patches add to vanilla leveled lists, does that mean those patches won't work?
Mod is installed with all requirements but doesn't work in game. I checked through add item menu and there is no esp. Yes the esp is ticked in the Mo2 plugin page.
Question, does Sentinel include smelting recipes for breaking down the included armors into various ingots? Looking through the fmod files didn't show anything obvious to me, but I may have missed it if it's there.
As far as I can tell, most armors are applying appropriately for me in-game, with the exception of Irileth. She is wearing that heavy, golden high elf stuff, but the mod installer shows her wearing something more logical -- a sort of leather-based armor set.
Fantastic package. Thank you! Is there/will there be an SMP patch? Found one bug i think - the Gilded Steel Plate looks right in inventory but the real model looks like a default Steel Plate armor
Having a strange issue - it seems like a few pieces of equipment were outright not installed. Not missing models or textures, they're just not in the game at all. I've noticed I'm missing Wrought Iron Armor, Northern Steel Armor, Jerall Dwarven Gauntlets, and Noble Ebony Boots. The game still tries to behave like they're installed; i.e. NPCs wearing Northern Steel boots and gauntlets will have an empty torso slot and no cuirass in their inventory.
Is that just a faulty download? Otherwise it runs perfectly and plays nice with Xavbio's textures and the various HDT conversions I have installed.
I went back to Sentinel 2.0 on a new save and the issue is no longer present. Only with 3.0, I get the missing chest armor and only for heavy armor bandit variants. Light armor bandits are fine.
if anyone has an issue with some iron or steel armors not appearing but you have installed everything correctly, disbale the HDT Sons of Skyrim Cloak Patch. That fixed it for me.
Is there any way to perevent a certain bug? some armors and weapons from this mod appered to be invisible, lacking a model, causing actors running around without legs, heads or swinging invisible weaponry. I really love the mod, but this issue really prevents me from playing it

Thanks for a great update to a great mod!
Any and all help is appreciated.
Thanks :)
Anyone else experience this?

Occasionally, some Lawless bandit variants will be missing their chest armor. Other parts are still equipped.

Tested this by resetting their inventory via console. Only with Lawless, does the missing chest armor happens.
