Secondly, I thought about combining this mod with Goldenhills Plantation Road, thinking they would fit each other nicely. After installing both, not only did I discover that the carriage was a bit too far to one side of the new road, but both back wheels are actually hovering above the ground. See Image <_<
I don't know if it is possible to re-orient the carriage backwards to meet the ground, but if it must remain level I would suggest moving the carriage to the flat ground here.
Either way, the carriage could use moving slightly to the left, and these two mods would work flawlessly with one another; making a permanent addition to my load order, at least :)

It worked fine by doing the following.

Just noticed this was built for Anniversary Edition, so could explain why it's not working for me in Special Edition. Sounds like a really cool mod tho.
made an update to fix this. also made a patch for CFTO if the dialogue option "Let's talk about carriages..." doesn't show, enter the farmhouse then exit. after that, talk to your steward.

I've updated the CFTO patch to be ESP flagged as ESL and did some cleanup.
