I have completely reworked the file structure, basically I just shoved everything into one folder for easier download. Since I got more comfortable in this vanilla plus style of characters, I tweaked many presets to suit my current style more. It's mainly female presets who needed fixing their face proportions. If you liked the old version better, they are in the old files section.

I removed the ECE sliders requirement and the main file is now ready for GTS collection. I recounted all faces and its whopping 88 of them! If you use my second vanilla+ preset pack, you'll get over 160 presets to choose from. That's enough characters to play through until TESVI comes out.

Thx so much for saving me from HPH's preset! This is what I'm looking for: a vanilla friendly player character look !

Thank you so much for this mod, it's almost impossible to find race menu presets without HPH, but you saved me

Im curious, what enb+weather/lighting do you use? It brings so much more out of them. By the way, they are really awesome presets. :)

Hi, thank you. I use lux + cathedral weather + rudy enb for cathedral or picho enb (I saved the enb txt file from my old PC and I honestly do not remember which one it is). When I take screenshots of characters, I iluminate them with IntenseLight2.0 (its on author's blogspot - nostalogialamp). It's a really neat tool :)
      Hope this helps.

Hello, I love your presets (both this and the version 2), but I can't make my char look like the ones in the pictures.
The main differences are the noses and some details of the faces shape.
Do I need "Enhanced Character Edit SE" or "ECE Sliders Addon for Racemenu" or other mods not explicitly in the requirements section to make a character look exactly like the ones in the pictures?
    Thank you

Hi, you don't need ECE addon for racemenu anymore (btw Enhanced character edit = ECE is not compatible with Racemenu), I redid all faces without it. You do need expressive facegen morphs by Niroku though. Also the thing is, I did use a sculpt tool in racemenu quite a lot, but no-one ever had issue with it, always looked alright right out of the box. I can send you actual sculpts of your desired presets if you want so you can load it in racemenu to make sure it really is same face. It is a bandaid solution, but I have no idea what else could be the problem.
I might upload every sculpt though, so it is accessible to everyone who has the same issue, but that will take few days for me :)

First of all thank you for your time, both for your mods and your time answering me.

I can send you actual sculpts of your desired presets if you want so you can load it in racemenu to make sure it really is same face
The sculpt I like more are presets 3, 5 and 11 of breton female.

You do need expressive facegen morphs by Niroku though
I tried both with the main file, the plugin version and both, but unfortunately the face was always different.

I tried removing every other mod that could have been interfering like WICO, Discoloration Bug Fix, other mods adding/replacing hairs and eyes and always testing things on a new character but nothing helped (of course removing those mods made eyes and hairs like the ones in your presets but that was an intended difference I was aware of).
They were similar to your presets overall, but some facial features were not, most visibly I had ugly noses.
Not sure if it matters but I use the last updated AE steam version .1170

The only things I'm not sure I did right are:

      • Did I use the correct version for each requirement? A lot of mods in the requirements list have different versions, some are esm versions others are non-npc versions, others again replace vanilla while others only adds sliders, and others again are HDT-SMP compatible or not, I'm not sure if choosing a different version of one of those could make the sculpt different or unreadable/incompatible.
      • I use vanilla skeletons, I don't use XPMSSE (not sure if maybe it's an implicit requirement)

What hair does nord preset #11 have? The hair doesn't seem to automatically choose and I have all the hair mods installed
edit: It was from ks hairdos lite! turns out you need lite and not the original ks hairdos

    Hello
Nothing will happen if I install Males Of Skyrim by zzjay instead of Tempered Skins for Males?

Never been a big preset person as most don't match my taste (to glam for my liking), but these are awesome, and I'm gonna add to my load order. Thank you for your amazing work!
