just as a heads up - for whatever reason the Placed Light hyperlink in the description leads to the mod page for Light Placer, rather than Placed Light
I stopped using this mod and would suggest to try out Light Placer together with Placed Light and latest CS version with Screen Space Global Illumination shaders. They are a bit 'work in progress' but feel like next generation lighting for Skyrim.
If you simply want to make interiors brighter, I would recommend to try Dynamic Gamma.
I have disabled Lux + all patches, but kept Lux Via and Orbis so far. There is a lot happening at the moment, so things changing fast. The upcoming version of Light Placer is supposed to remove ENB light effects dynamically on runtime. This should greatly increase compatibility. If so, only new bulbs need to be added via Placed Light e.g. via BOS. But I am only quoting what I read and try to make out of it. Check out those mod pages, it is worth it :-)
Thanks for the hint, I am getting in contact with Nutyo. His mod/config is the original one, but I was not aware he released it on Nexusmods. I only changed it to reduce closeup brightness and increase light range to look nice in VR.

For me, it boils down to personal preference, and I prefer this version over the one in 101250.
