Awesome little mod, I like that I can teleport a merchant to me to unload stuff who is a sparky lil' firecracker and isn't a scary evil dremora. For extra role-play points it would be awesome if there was a spell to teleport her home. Feels bad teleporting her a hundred miles then leaving her to walk home.
She seems to work fine when imported, no issues at all except the dismiss thing. You have to remove her from the framework to dismiss her properly and she goes back to normal working. Only sad thing is you can't use NFF's home feature.
If you are asking about her merchant gold - she uses one of the default merchant "container" packages, just like Belethor. This means she'll have respawning gold which is equal to other merchants, and if you are using a mod which modifies that, that mod should affect her gold as well. If you are asking about her personal inventory gold - I didn't give her any.
Any plans to make hiring her less immersion-breaking? It's kinda strange to just walk up to her and tell her to follow without even any lead-up dialogue. Other than that, I like her so far (only spent a little while with her at this point).
Thanks! I hope you're enjoying the mod. Lenora and Aronel are based on a pre-existing voice resource. These are pre-recorded lines and in order to add more lines, I need to actually ask the voice actors for more lines. Also, Kerstyn asked (and I totally agree with her) that AI won't be used on her voice to generate new lines, and I don't have enough material to do a decent splicing for a totally new content. Long story short, at this point, I don't have a way to add new voice content to her, such as an immersive recruitment dialog.
ESL version: I'm planning to make a big update to Aronel, just like Lenora. Just like Lenora, I'll proceed with the ESP and when I'm done, I'll convert it to ESL so I'll be able to offer an ESP version as well to whoever started playing and want to update mid game. So yes, there will be an ESL but it will take some time until I release it (I'm in the middle of another follower right now).
Compacting form IDs: Initially, I created an empty cell for Lenora and then Aronel to have their container in. Later I've read that adding a new cell may cause issues with ESLs. This itself is not very clear to me because I think there is no issue in a standalone mod. The issue will come if someone edits this cell, but I didn't want to take a chance and for Lenora, I moved that container to the Bannered Mare and deleted that cell before converting it to ESL. So I don't have a concrete answer for you. Sorry. You can try. It might even work... But I can't guarantee it won't break something. If you do it: 1. Backup whatever you need to backup and make a save before. 2. You'll need a script like I used (for example: ESPFE Follower - Eslify facegen and voices) to convert also voice and face-gen files, and re-create the SEQ file.
Thank you! Yeah, the thing is, it is toggled between ridiculous rate and high rate. Not high rate and low rate. It was released with ridiculous rate and got endorsed so I thought people like it, but high rate is still talkative enough. I'll release an update where you toggle between high and low. It should be fine for everyone.
It will be safe to update mid game. I just need to change 4 constant globals. If you want a remedy for the meanwhile, you can run these two console commands: set DZ05_LenoraIdleRateGeneral to 2 set DZ05_LenoraIdleRateLocational to 2 That will give you a decent, but not too quiet idle chatter. If this is still not enough, set these values to 1, that will make her idle talk very rare.

She's a traveling merchant. She needs to travel once in a while anyway.

It may say version 1.0.0 on the page but it is from the latest PC version (1.1.1).
Or is it safe to compact FormID with SSEdit ?

Even after asking to tell her something and then that I'd like less chatter, she is still letting loose quite frequently...
