Several NavMesh bugs were fixed that caused issues, especially when used with Open Cities Skyrim.
Riften and Markarth no longer needs any NavMesh edits. A lot of unneeded edits were removed in other cities too.
Fixed the endless ringing that happened during some civil war quests.
Disabled some unneeded debug functions in the scripts for a small performance gain.
Open Cities Skyrim, Immersive Citizens and JKs Skyrim patches has been updated.

The mod is now much more dynamic than the previous versions.
Guards will now react to the bells: They will unsheathe their weapons and look for an enemy.
Citizens will now react to the bells: They will run home.
Bell guards are now "Protected" NPCs which means that they can't be killed by an enemy, but you can still kill them if you want.
Guards will not turn off the bells if there are still enemies nearby. If they can't find it, they will turn it off after a minute.
Guards *should* stay around the bells during an attack.
The bells are now disabled during sieges, because it caused issues. (It was also a bug in the previous versions, now it's a feature.)
Guards should now change properly depending on who controls the city.
