This is an interesting and cool mod, I just wish there was an option for them to be set in certain dungeons as a one of a kind artifact.

I've been looking for a mod that implements this sort of N64-like secret item system into the game for a while. While I love the concept and enjoy the specific buffs that each item gives, I agree with some of the other people in this comment section that the items are way too common to be balanced in any way. Seeing as the items also stack, it can make a character do attacks at blinding fast speed or have ridiculous health regen in only 5 levels worth of gameplay.

If you allowed a more modular approach to the drop rate chance (some suggest SPID or CID, but I don't even think all that's necessary; you can just massively reduce the drop chance and this mod would be 5x better), then this would be top-tier, no doubt. Still, endorsed and voted.

Thank you, I'm working on an improved version of this mod, in the meantime, I made some patches on xedit to make it playable.

this looks like a good mod,

one thing that concerns me.. that could use some clarification.

Humanoid creatures have a 5% chance of having a mythic item of their type
Final dungeon chests have a 20% chance of having a mythic item

is there a way to change the % chance ? i think 5% on a humanoid is a bit too much - if i kill 20 weak bandits then there is a strong chance i will find (1) mythic item ?

i might be inclined to want to distribute a "Mythic" item
to 1-2% in a standard "Boss" chest. (theres 1 or 2 'boss' chests per dungeon, some you dont really have to fight for. so 20% is going to be outrageous, will have a bunch of mythic items within 1 hour of dungeon looting - it will be ridiculous)
or 20% in a unique and powerful boss chest
or 0% for a common enemy
or 1-2% for a rare enemy
or 10% for a unique and powerful enemy

Thank you, that sounds great, will try to balance it better this way in the next version I'm working on.

i suggest it would be better to distribute them using SPID, rather than a leveled lists.

its easier to add more items if youre planning for an update, without making a bashed patch everytime.

Thank you for the suggestion, I am working on a version of this mod with SPID and Container Item Distributor for item distribution.

Dope! Any chance you'll do more league items? Especially since they are removing Mythics (lol)

I do plan to add more items, however for now I'm working on improving the foundation of the mod.

I actually wants to expand this mod, introducing more mythic items and more effects.

Don't forget to share with me the result! You are free to use the script on your own mod! Alternatively, you can reference this mod as a dependency.

Here is the script, it takes a spell as a parameter, which in the case of this mod is an ability

An option to limit the quantity of possible mythic items to 1 (or maybe any number) could be good since these seem to be pretty powerful.

I would highly recommend using SPID to distribute the items.

That way you avoid needing patches with other popular mods that affect the same NPCs.

1000% this, I can see potential for this mod! The author just needs to learn and use a few more tools like SPID :)
