It's just because the game doesn't have muscles system, all you can do is to create non-roid bodies, otherwise it'll be more visible the bigger arms are.
Excuse me, but could you please tag this mod NSFW or adult so that it is properly filtered out by the content blocking system? It is a bit awkward browsing the new mods and having that pop up despite having adult content blocked.
