This fix adds the missing creation check option to the gameplay settings list, and thus fixes the other broken options in that same menu (including allowing full slider options for "save game on menu: 5 min, 10 min, 30 min, 45 min, etc." and getting rid of the errant "Use Kinect Commands" option that had popped up at the bottom). Aside from the listed "includes flashing savegame fix," I don't know if it does anything else.
While my difficulty slider shows up, I can't actually change my difficulty and resets to "novice" no matter what. I only could manually reset it using the skyrimprefs.ini and setting it to 5 (which I THINK is legendary) but if you mess with the slider in game it'll reset in the ini folder as well.. I would love an update to this as I am on the 1.6.1170 edition as well.
I'm not sure what caused it. But it seems you might have a compatibility issue with a mod. I loaded this on a character and it stopped me from attacking, using the mouse button to assign spells in the favorites menu, and a couple other things
Ain't exactly the most descriptive bug report. As far as I am concerned a mod like this shouldn't cause any compatibility issues to begin with. But a little testing never hurt anybody, did it?
I'm not even sure where to start. I even tried to make a new game to check if it was just affecting old saves, but it affected a brand new save. When I got rid of this mod, it was fixed. The only thing it seemed to overlap with is Flashing Games Fix (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/20406) but I fixed that by using the suggested load order priority.
I have a mod that has Flashing Games Fix as a requirement or at the very least recommended for it.
