But in case you were serious. When the body dies it looses control over all it's muscles. This means your sphincter muscle relaxes and everything in your colon just oozes out. There is no farting without a working sphincter muscle.
The same goes for urine. If the body can no longer keep it in, it just flows out.
So to make this mod even more immersive, it should have everybody soil themselves upon death. Silently.
